Delete PDF Pages
Drop pages from a PDF without hunting for them in a desktop editor. Name the pages to remove, preview the resulting page count, and download the trimmed document.
For example 1, 4-6 removes the first page and pages four to six.
How delete pdf pages works
- Upload the PDFFurtu reads the page tree and reports how many pages the document has.
- List the pages to deleteEnter page numbers with commas and hyphens. The remaining count updates as you type.
- Download the trimmed PDFThe surviving pages are written to a new document you can download.
What you get
Remove the pages you do not need and keep the rest. Everything happens inside this page: the file is read by your browser, transformed in memory and handed straight back to you as a download. There is no upload queue, no waiting for a server, and nothing left behind when you close the tab.
Supported formats
Furtu accepts .pdf files up to 500 MB each — one file at a time.
- Every file is checked against its real file signature, not just its name, so a renamed or corrupt file is rejected with an explanation instead of failing halfway through.
- Files over the limit are refused up front rather than after a long wait.
Limitations, stated up front
- At least one page must remain.
- Attachments and annotations anchored to deleted pages are removed with those pages.
Frequently asked questions
Can I delete every page?
No. A PDF with no pages is not a valid document, so Furtu stops you from producing one and tells you how many pages would remain.
What happens to text that referred to the deleted pages?
Page content is removed, but internal links and form fields elsewhere in the document may still point at the old page numbers. Flattened or finalised files are unaffected.
Can I undo this if I delete the wrong page?
You cannot undo it in the tool, because the file is rewritten in your browser and the original is never stored. Keep the original — the tool deliberately does not keep a copy for you, since keeping your documents is not its job.
